If you’re looking to focus on your holistic well-being and personal development this year, join GRIT! GRIT stands for guidance, resilience, integrity, and transformation. It is through these four core values that guide our individualized work with UCLA students. We are committed to enhancing students’ UCLA experiences through one-on-one peer coaching. 

Both undergraduate and graduate students can enroll at any time during the academic year to receive one-on-one support from trained peer coaches. Topics of focus during individualized coaching sessions include stress/time management, effective communication skills, meditation/mindfulness, cultural humility, goal setting, comprehensive campus resource referrals and much more! COVID-19 Related Update (March 26, 2020)

The UCLA GRIT Coaching Program will remain in full operation through the Spring 2020 Quarter. We are offering all of our resources virtually as per the guidelines for prevention and containment of COVID-19.  Individual coaching sessions will be offered virtually, and students are welcome and encouraged to request a Peer Coach through our website portal.  GRIT will also be offering virtual group Connection Circles and Resilience Workshops that any current UCLA student can participate in. We understand that this is a difficult time for our community, and GRIT will continue providing the same quality of coaching services to support the mental health and holistic well-being of our students. We hope that you will join our program and utilize the resources that we offer!
